Calls incessantly without a message or caller ID

They call and a message plays that says: "This is an important call for" and then it just hangs up. I have called them back twice today as they call a couple times a day and never leave a message. On my first call I reached a young man who asked how I could help him. I told him that I would like to know the name of the company as they call repeatedly. He then just kept saying hello as though he couldn't hear me. I then called back and another man answered and when I asked what company I had reached he just hung up the phone. I know I don't have any business with anyone in Ontario, I'm self employed and don't believe in credit. I have no bills other than my housing and utilities which are all current... so I know I have no business with anyone other than my own bank and my customers who are all in Eastern Canada, and I'm sure would leave a message...

They called my house to schedule a chimney service. I asked them what company he was from and refused to answer. He then switched his topic of conversation to try to ask what type of heat I had. I tried to call back using *67 and it said the number was out of service.

they called my sister telling her that if she didnt pay some loan she took out now that the cops were going to arrest her the following day, I called and tried getting inform and kept getting hung up on . They are idots my sister is 18 and has never had a job to even get a payday loan. They told her she has a warrent and had to go to CA to fix the problem that they could't send us any ifnor. on this issue that we just had to pay the loan. FRAUD!!!
